Recall

The registration and the participation in a tournament forces the players to accept the rules, the spirit of the play (one match in sportmanship and to finish it) and the constraints,. The rules are not interpreted and are not open to debat.
Issues will be managed by admins..
1Let us recall you that it is necessary to be active for fixing date
2 Deadline of the matches of the first round is on September 26 midnight.
3/ In case of crash, the rematch is the procedure has to follow as indicated in the item 5, without making prevail arguments, nor advantages positional or manpower;
NB: the only possible case it is that one of the two teams, in a spirit of fair play, accept, according to the situation, its defeat and very clearly indicates it by a post.
If it is not the case rematch is the process under the conditions indicated to item 5 this point is not open to debat.

Rappel
L’inscription et la participation à un tournoi impose aux joueurs d’en accepter les régles,les contraintes ,et l’esprit sportif (un match sur élimination directe effectivement terminé).
Les règles ne sont pas interprétables et ne sont pas ouvertes à discussion ;
Les litiges seront traités par les admins.
1/pour les prises de RDV il est nécessaire d’être actif (ID steam,post )et de tenir ses engagements une fois pris
2/date limite fin du premier tour le 26 septembre minuit.
En cas de crash , la procédure indiquée au point 5 du règlement devra etre appliquée sans discussions,sans faire prévaloir des arguments positionnels et/ou de supériorité numerique. Ce n’est pas l’esprit des règles.
NB :. Dans le cas ou une des deux parties reconnaît sa défaite dans un esprit de sportivité et de fair play, ,elle doit l’indiquer très clairement par un post dans la rubrique appropriée(suivi et résultats des matchs)/
Dans le cas contraire le match sera rejoué comme indiqué au point 5 sans discussion possible:

Thanks Davout. Probably we can play tomorrow friday evening, but I have not been able to talk to Peralbo to make a sure time. I would say from 20:30 gmt onwards, but I need him to confirm this time or a later one.

Maybe is better if you let me know the thread in napoleonic forums so we can arranage it easier, Im getting confused. I dont understand why they cant post here.

We can play sunday at 16 gmt, or any time sunday afternoon. Probably we can play saturday aswell, but I cant say a time right now.

Well, I dont know why Tac doesnt want to talk to me, and Im reaaly upset right now. I didnt want to make this public, but this is pissing me. I honestly dont understand why you waste so much of your time in this and why give them so many extensions.

If you mange to talk to them, tell them that this is very rude. I just want to play N3 battles for fun, but when you need this special effort to arrange it I doubt if it is worth. Why do you register in a tournament and you dont post and dont talk to your opponents?

After checking and warning on the issue of this match , due to some trouble apparently for [N]team, after warning and posting on [N] forum and lordz , the dead line is over .(no proposal before 29-09 midnight)

We will take a decision on this match in full admin meeting .
